In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping families navigate the complexities of child support services and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

As a Child Support Specialist at Maximus, you will be responsible for reporting for OH, KY and assistance and support with NJ reporting.

This position is Remote within the Columbus OH area.

Must live within 1.5 hours of Columbus, OH.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.

- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.

- Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.

- Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.

- Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.

- Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes.

- Stay updated on project details and changes.

- Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.

- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
