Commercial Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be hunting and closing new business, following a strategic sales plan tailored for success.
Your daily toolkit will include leveraging lists, social media, email, telemarketing, and personal connections to generate and nurture leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hunt & Close: Drive new business acquisition by effectively utilizing sales tools and strategies.
* Promote & Represent: Showcase The Armstrong Company’s services across New England and nationally.
Amplify our brand presence on social media and engage actively in associations and networking events.
* Strategic Thinking: Develop and present compelling proposals to win business, thinking strategically on behalf of clients.
* Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years of direct sales experience required.
* Bachelor degree preferred.
* Experience creating and acting on a sales plan.
* Embrace technology and use of a CRM tool.
* Exceptional listening skills along with strong communication both oral and written.
* Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
* Self motivated, strong work ethic with natural curiosity.
