* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 6 months of environmental, health (industrial hygiene) or safety experience

Preferred Qualifications:


* BS degree in environmental, health or safety related discipline from an accredited institution.


* Industrial manufacturing and environmental experience preferred.


* Knowledge of applicable Federal and State related regulations.


* Demonstrated professional with passion for change and relentless focus on execution.


* Strong communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving and human relations skills.


* Ability to make difficult decisions with sometimes an incomplete set of data.


* Critical skills include: Execution, attention to detail, initiative, conflict resolution, customer focus, collaboration, building ownership and commitment, developing others, establishing direction, drive for change, getting organization support and tenacity.
