This position reports into the Strategics Programs Lead for Essential & Skin Health and is based at Prague, Czechia.

What you will do

This position will accountable for enhancing the EMEA Essential & Skin Health material agility and inventory program.

The position will report to the Strategics Programs Lead for Essential & Skin Health EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Closely work with the End-to-End planners and Material Supply Management teams to reduce the lead times and inventory levels for Finished Goods and Raw Materials by focusing on Days Before Next Run, transit times and release times.

• Develop and provide a strong set of analytics and tools to bring insights on key areas of focus and improvements.

• Build, anticipate and coordinate large set of data and data analysis to identify areas of opportunities and set priorities.

• Develop a roadmap and plan, lead and track projects to improve agility and/or reduce inventory

• Closely collaborate with the procurement team to influence the Sourcing Strategies and Market Engagement Programs to enable and agile and responsive Supply Chain

• Implement best practices and continues improvement opportunities across the teams.

• Support the Essential and Skin Health Strategic Programs Team on reporting and acts as lead analyst for the team

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain is required, including direct experience with agility and/or inventory management.

Project Management experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information leading to sound conclusions for effective decision making.

• Proven ability identify appropriate methods to collect and analyze a diverse set of data and understand supply chain issues to develop appropriate solutions based on the findings.

• High level of understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes, production flow and system flow.
