Exciting Opportunity: Account Manager for IT Segment - Datacenter and Critical Infrastructure in Sweden!

Are you ready to take ownership of a portfolio of customers and drive growth in the IT segment datacenter and critical infrastructure space? We are seeking a dynamic individual to execute the Secure Power growth strategy for dedicated accounts and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Sales Director Secure Power Sweden and you can be based in either our Frösundavik, Lund or Gothenburg offices.

What will you do?


* Develop and execute account plans, identifying new business opportunities and creating business plans for dedicated customers.


* Drive segment and customer development in line with Schneider Electric's growth targets


* Manage customer accounts throughout the sales process, ensuring professional and efficient business management.


* Foster customer intimacy, promote innovative products and solutions, and uphold Schneider Electric as a trusted provider of data center solutions and critical infrastructure.


* Achieve sales objectives and ensure commercial excellence according to set objectives.


* Align behavioral goals with Schneider's Core Values and Leadership Expectations.


* Set and update annual performance and development goals.

What will help you succeed?


* Relevant educational background such as bachelor or master's degree in a technical field


* Few years of successful B2B sales experience in data centers/critical infrastructure


* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills


* Proficiency in managing Customer Relationship Management systems, sales support programs, and social media


* Fluency in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
