SCOPE OF ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Psychiatry Services, the Site Manager, Registered Nurse (RN), provides on-site clinical leadership expertise for their assigned site that focuses on excellence, quality, and positive patient and employee experiences.

The Site Manager, RN is responsible for helping to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality patient care services and experiences, and that the administrative and operational services at each site work seamlessly to support clinical services at that site.

The Site Manager, RN will work with employees of all functional groups and their site and company leadership to evaluate and develop systems and procedures to help support daily operations, provide coaching when observations dictate intervention and support, assist with gathering and relaying critical information to identify opportunities for improvement, solve problems and accomplish assigned objectives.

Together with the Manager, Behavioral Health, the Site Manager, RN will be the on-site leadership to ensure each of Signature Health's care site deliver when it comes to our mission and core values.
