Clinical Operations Assistant, Neurodiagnostics

Work Schedule :

100%, day shift.

Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM.

No holidays or weekends.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Join a team who has the important role in diagnosing illnesses like epilepsy, migraine headaches, strokes, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, ALS and carpal tunnel.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:


* Coordinate administrative aspects of the department including preparation of reports, assisting with calendar management and meeting minutes.


* Ensure departmental and staff compliance with applicable policy and procedure requirements.


* Coordinate and monitor departmental needs such as the purchase of supplies, materials, services or equipment.


* Act as a resource, responds to questions and provides support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or equivalent Required


* Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience



* 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required


* 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred


* Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
