Dermatology Supervisor

Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE day shift.

Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, early morning call ins, no weekends required.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Dermatology Supervisor to:


* Supervise the daily operations of the department.


* Serve as an escalation point for patient issues and questions.


* Recommend and implement guidelines and workflows for the department.

Education :

Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or licensure as an LPN Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other relevant field

Work Experience :

Minimum - Three (3) years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in a health care field

Preferred - Supervisory experience in health care clinic operations

Licenses and Certifications :

Preferred - Certified as CMA, RMA or CCMA or eligible for certification
