Unified Communications Supervisor

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Applicants hired into this position can work from either Illinois or Wisconsin and will have a hybrid in-office and remote work location.

We are seeking a Unified Communications Supervisor to:


* Oversee and manage a high-performing service delivery team dedicated to providing exceptional technical support.


* Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and user experience.


* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to staff and end-users.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain UC solutions.

* In-depth knowledge of unified communications technologies and platforms.

Qualifications



* Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Required or


* 2 years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below Required

Work Experience



* Demonstrated success leading and mentoring others in Unified Communications technologies Required


* Demonstrate success in coaching and mentoring Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams in a 24x7 origination Required


* Demonstrate success implementing and managing large, complex, enterprise-class solutions Required


* Demonstrated success using effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead others directly or indirectly Required


* Demonstrated success being proactive and innovative Required


* 5 years of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred


* 5 years of VoIP support experience Preferred


* 5 years of experience performing system administration and engineering Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL, Various Epic Certifications Preferred
