Role and Responsibility

Lead and manage quality assurance in New Product Introduction program with Schneider Electric Prosumer E.I.C hub;Review and validate product design with Schneider Electric team and the partnerManage proper quality documentation and corrective actionsManage quality gate review and secure quality at each stage to meet go to market targetPerformance production line assessment for quality readinessAdvocate regulation and certification requirement Manage Partner daily quality performance Perform quality audit for mass production product at partner site upon production schedule;Engage partner for suppler quality management up to Schneider Electric level and audit critical suppliers of the partner if necessaryBridge Schneider Electric virtual factory with the partner to ensure smooth operation ex.

on site quality inspection on Finished ProductFacilitate problem solving with all stake holders to ensure customer satisfaction when we have quality issue in the field from the product made by the partnerManage periodical quality business review with the partner; Act as Schneider Electric quality representative to the partner when it is necessary;

Qualifications

Qualifications - ExternalEducationEngineer degree on electricity, automation or quality assurance Experience8 years above quality engineering experience with EMS, Car OEMs or top electrical products manufacturers Hands on experience on APQP, PPEP, FMEA, G8D, MSA and DFxCertified quality Auditor/Engineer/Manager is preferred Design Engineering background with quality experience is a plusLanguage Chinese Native Good commend of English, writing, speaking and listening French is a plus
