60% FTE, day shift, Monday - Wednesday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Care for our youngest patients at American Family Children's Hospital.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to:


* Provide care to children with common and complex kidney conditions


* Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for patients via telephone and MyChart.


* Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures.


* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.


* Provide education and guidance to patients and families.


* Utilize evidence and science to guide practice.

Qualifications



* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience



* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact


* CPR/BLS Certification
