Sr. Analytics Consultant

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM plus an on-call rotation.

Applicants hired into this position can work from most states.

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant, Financial Operations and Revenue Cycle to:



* Develop custom analytic tools as well as leverage reporting capabilities in Epic and other applications to deliver dashboards, interactive reports, and business intelligence capabilities.


* Bring expertise to the transformational work currently underway at UW Health to optimize patients' financial experience while driving the bottom line.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field (Four years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement) Required


* Master's Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field Preferred

Work Experience



* Demonstrated success creating complex analytic solutions such as reports, dashboards, and business plans Required


* Demonstrated success identifying needs and requirements and ability to align and connect systems and solutions Required


* Demonstrated success using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify opportunity Required


* Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring Required


* 5 years of relevant data analysis or analytics experience in healthcare (provider or payor) Preferred


* 3 years of experience using Epic Chronicles, Epic ...
