Operations Specialist II - Image Capture

Join our Image Capture team as an Operations Specialist II, where you will have the opportunity to support business operations and effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency.

As an Operations Specialist II supporting the Image Capture department, you will image all documents to support home loan packages.

You will approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate outcome.

This is a 2nd shift role M-F (12:30pm-9:00pm), 5 days in office role located in Monroe LA.

Job Responsibilities


* Imaging all documents to support home loans


* Conduct research as needed


* Provide coverage for any of the support roles as dictated by absences or volume fluctuations


* When you are not imaging documents you will support other associates Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Basic office and computer skills


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Ability to work independently or as part of a team


* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
