As part of our Underwriting Operations team, you will directly impact our business on a daily basis, protecting Cigna's sound financial position which enables us to meet our financial commitments to our customers.

The Enablement & Operations Senior Analyst role will be responsible for client implementation and contracting for renewing and new sales Commercial clients.The role's main focus will be client implementation which includes pricing set-up and contract approval responsibilities.

Other functions may include ensuring data repositories are updated in a timely and accurate manner, improving capture of key data elements, and accuracy of intended pricing into systems.

The Senior Analyst will ultimately perform tasks related to set-up and ongoing maintenance of client pricing implementation, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

The Senior Analyst will be required to gain in-depth knowledge of the PBM Industry and Express Scripts specific implementation methods.

What you'll do:


* Responsible for renewing and new sales client implementation and ensuring downstream partners set-up the pricing correctly


* Responsible for reviewing and approving client agreements to ensure the contract is in alignment with the implementation.


* Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure the implementation is in alignment with the offer

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred


* 0-3 Years of Underwriting, Contacting, Finance, Operations or relevant work experience


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives


* Ability to make good and timely decisions by interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators


* Ability to manage multiple priorities


* Innovative and creative mindset to drive process efficiencies for the organization


* Strong motivation to persevere despite challenges


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Strong ability with Microsoft Office and Excel

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 55,800 - 93,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
