Strategy & Shared Services Business Management - Vice President

As a Strategy and Shared Services Business Manager, you will be a trusted advisor and counterweight to the head of Strategy & Shared Services.

You will be accountable for unifying shared services within Client Service & Implementations with the goal to enhance the business' ability to deliver on business and financial goals.

You will support the Strategy & Shared Services Group Head and Global Business Management Lead while partnering with client service and implementations leads and cross-functional groups.

You will have the opportunity to learn different facets of the payments business while building structure, enhancing operating models, and influencing key decisions.

Job responsibilities:


* Manage end-to-end deliverables producing high quality and insightful materials to support the delivery of key messaging updates, (Business Reviews, Leadership Team Meetings, Exec Presentations, Townhalls, Factpacks)


* Support the group head with managing deliverables related to ad hoc internal team management and senior management business updates


* Coordinate with the Finance teams on mid-year and annual financial planning and monthly forecasting


* Demonstrate ability to create impactful executive level presentations that create a story utilizing data insights


* Coordinate across the organization to report and monitor the health of the business


* Build strong relationships & partner effectively with the business to make process enhancements to optimize business performance


* Report on monthly key objectives and results (OKRs) across the business

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:


* Strong sense of ownership; takes full responsibility for end-to-end project execution


* Effectively partner, influence, and communicate with stakeholders across all levels


* Attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes quickly


* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen, question, and articulate complex issues concisely


* Strong technical skills with Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PitchPRO

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:


* 5+ years of prior experience in a Business Management or Chief of Staff-type role
