Your Contribution to the Organization:

HPE's Global Tax organization, with its largest U.S.

presence in Frisco, TX, has a position available for a Director of Research and Planning.

This role will be part of a high-performing team that leads the development and implementation of tax plans and transactions critical for optimizing our tax structure and maintaining our best-in-class effective tax rate.

The Director - Tax Research & Planning responsibilities will include but are not limited to: research and analysis of U.S.

tax law to support the company's global tax strategy, development of plans for various types of transactions, including internal restructurings, intellectual property alignment and M&A integrations, and coordination of the company's global tax plans and strategies with a cross-functional team of professionals.

You will also manage 1 to 3 direct reports, support various team projects and initiatives, manage risks and balance business needs, support audits, and build productive working relationships within the company and with external advisors.

How You'll Make Your Mark:


* Development and implementation of transactional plans to support the company's global tax strategy and business initiatives, along with preparation of technical documentation regarding the U.S.

tax consequences of transactions.
