Human Resources Administrator

Primary Purpose

Support the company and its affiliates in Suzhou, local workshop recruitment and updating internal databases, HR procedures optimization and juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner, to provide strong HR partnership with business.

Duties& Responsibilities

工作职责

• Provide coherent, trusted and effective HR partnership support to departmental management to meet/exceed their objectives by participating in the development, recommendation, communication and implementation of sound HR plans

通过参与健全的人力资源计划的制定、建议、沟通和实施,为部门管理层提供协调一致的、可信的、有效的人力资源伙伴关系支持,以达到 / 超越他们的目标

• Provides appropriate communications within MPS Suzhou organization and promotes employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale and PBM culture

在 MPS 苏州组织内提供适当的沟通,促进员工对项目、政策和目标的理解,同时培养积极的员工士气和推行 PBM 文化

• Create regular reports on HR metrics or HR

创建有关人力资源指标或人力资源仪表板的定期报告

• Support the roll out of Corporate programs or HR project in MPS Suzhou departments

• Develop collaborative relationships with the other members of the HR function/COEs across China and Asia, communicating as necessary on MPS Suzhou related matters

• Independently working with minimal supervision in all HR activities implementation.

• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

• Follow EHS related laws, regulations and company's EHS related management regulations, timely report potential risk, and propose safety improvement suggestion.
