Marketing Intern, The Bump

* ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As a marketing intern for The Bump, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of different marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with The Bump's marketing team to assist in implementing integrated marketing campaigns, social media executions and influencer partnerships that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns


* Aid in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


* Assist in UGC sourcing, scheduling, posting, and community management across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and Instagram


* Assist in content creation and brainstorming


* Stay up to date with social media trends and marketing best practices and share relevant insights with the team


* Help manage influencer marketing campaigns that can involve research, outreach, engagement, executing, and reporting


* Develop and own a research project to identifying key social media trends, influencer trends, and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy


* Assist the team with ad hoc research requests related to Marketing or Product/tech trends Educational

SUCCESSFUL MARKETING INTERN CANDIDATES HAVE:


* Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field


* Strong interest in integrated marketing communications and/or social media with a desire to learn and grow in the field


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Understanding of marketing principles and concepts


* Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms preferred


* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite


* Familiarity with Adobe and Canva preferred


* Creative mindset with an eye for attention to detail


* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights


* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in an organized and effective way


* Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take initiative
