As an Early launch brand & commercial excellence Manager at J&J, you will be an integral part of our Commercial team reporting to the commercial director & member of the Extended leadership team.

Position responsibility will be divided into 2 parts.

Early launch brands (70%) will be leading the work of the cross-functional teams (including all aspects of medical access regulatory GA ) , Building & introducing holistic pre-launch plans from, market understanding through commercial strategy supported by the cross-functional while ensuring the successful execution of milestones/projects from pre-launch phase through to commercialization.

As commercial excellence manager, you will be working closely with the commercial director & BUM's exploring the needs to ensure a future-ready commercial organization, supporting the commercial & marketing capabilities development.

Key Responsibilities:

Early launch Brands manager:

Market Assessment: Conduct comprehensive market assessments to evaluate the commercial potential of pipeline products, including market size, competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and patient access considerations.

Pipeline Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for the commercialization of pipeline products, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

Ensuring broad input from access, medical, Governmental affairs & regulatory .

Launch Planning: Lead the development of launch strategy/plans for pipeline products, collaborating with medical, access, pricing, regulatory, supply, PSP, government, communication etc.

to ensure a coordinated and effective prelaunch/launch strategy.

Lead the Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, and Manufacturing, to ensure alignment and integration of commercial considerations throughout the product development process.

Forecasting and Financial Planning: Develop sales forecasts and financial models for pipeline products, incorporating market dynamics, pricing strategies, and resource requirements to support business planning and decision-making.

Market Access and Reimbursement: Collaborate with Market Access and Health Economics teams to develop market access strategies and secure reimbursement for pipeline products,...
