Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Growth Officer.

You will work with one of the most dynamic departments within Supermicro.

The ideal candidate will be incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



* Manage the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Outlook calendars.

Prioritize meeting requests while troubleshooting conflicts.


* Responsible for booking CGO air travel, land transport, and accommodation as well as communicating those arrangements with a high level of detail and follow-through


* Handle confidential information and communication with all levels of the organization in a professional & discrete manner.


* Plan, coordinate, organize, and help at various department meetings and events


* Interface with different departments and stakeholders globally across multiple countries and time zones.


* Assist with compiling information and preparing spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.


* Working closely with Sr.

Sales Leadership


* Coordinate, manage, and support the preparation of internal/external meetings, videos, and conference calls, including notetaking.

Qualifications:



* Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience required.


* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in particular) and internal messaging systems (i.e., Teams, Zoom, etc) required.


* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


* Working knowledge of common office equipment (i.e., printers, video conferencing equipment)


* Willingness to learn and grow within the role, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization.


* Must be willing to travel

Salary Range

$98,000- $111,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
