Coke Florida is looking for a Director of Small Store Customer Management based out of our Tampa area office.

What You Will Do:

The Director of Customer Management Small Store- Retail Sales is responsible for growing National Retail Sales Customer within the Coca-Cola Beverages Florida territory through actively engaging and supporting the Drug and Convenience Store Channels of business.

They lead a team consisting of Customer Account Managers in building multi-tier relationships and delivering win-win solutions.

The Director is responsible for coaching and developing their team.

Further, they are responsible in fostering a fully integrated cross-functional culturewhereby interaction is inclusive of but not limited to Profit Growth Management, Commercial Marketing and Sales Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:


* Maximize volume, share and profit for the Company and key channels of business


* Deliver customer annual revenue targets through Collaborative Business Planning Process.


* Development and implementation of business plans, including specific objectives, strategies, initiatives and tools


* Acts as senior Coca-Cola Beverages Florida contact for collaboration and influence with the retailer


* Interfaces with customer with a general management approach, bringing strategic value opportunities to the customer that span the capabilities of CCBC (inclusive of Commercial Leadership, Product Supply, etc.)


* Collaborate with National Sales/Customer teams, Business Unit representatives, Business Planning/Analysis, Revenue Mtg., Packaging/Innovation, and Marketing to develop Channel strategies, plans and programs
