Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher

(Intertek-PSI) is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to join our Building & Constructionteam in our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office.

How you'll make an impact at Intertek:


* Provides dispatch support.


* Creates various documents, spreadsheets, etc.

utilizing Microsoft Office software.


* Prepares invoices, follows up with clients and conducts accounts receivable.


* Performs various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.


* Researches a wide variety of information requests.


* May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.

What it takes to be successful in this role:


* High School Diploma or equivalent is required


* 1 year experience as an administrative assistant is required


* Dispatcher experience highly desired


* Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday beginning at 8:00 am required


* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is required


* Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus


* Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is required


* Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills


* Must be detail oriented


* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities


* Ability to analyze and solve problems


* Ability to type quickly and accurately


* Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames
