Sr. Client Services Manager

What you’ll do 


* Foster relationships within target client organizations, including line managers and senior managers


* Build on existing contacts and relationships with current and targeted clients


* Articulate business problems, partner with Digital Solutions lead on the development of solutions for the client and provide real time feedback and collaboration based on your understanding of the client needs


* Participate in workshops and innovation briefings


* Continually build relationships with key stakeholders, client teams and partner agencies to provide and improve data led strategic insights


* Work closely with practices and delivery managers to provide clear and precise briefing, interpreting the results and crafting a compelling story from the output


* Spot and escalate opportunities within the client ecosystem


* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Hubstop.

Partnering with Delivery lead to ensure alignment with our resource management tool


* Day-to-day client resource for existing projects


* Partner with Leads team to identify the right resources to deepen or expand the relationship or identify new opportunities to support the client


* Maintain project-level risks and escalate as appropriate to the program level


* Manage project-level scope and escalate change orders as appropriate


* Assure high-quality deliverables across projects

Who you are 


* Problem solver and self-starter


* You have 5-7 years of agency or consultancy experience


* Able and eager to work onsite at our Plano location 1-3 days per week


* Experience with enterprise CMS (bonus for AEM)


* Experience with end-to-end digital transformation work, from concept to design, development and refinement/maintenance


* Experience with resourcing and building teams


* Executive presence - high EQ and outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
