The Director of Procurement at Penn Foster Group will strategize, design, plan, implement, lead, and evolve sourcing solutions and programs across a range of indirect procurement categories that enable the businesses.
The categories include all functional groups across the company.
In this role the successful candidate will apply their years of experience in sourcing and procurement, spend analytics, operations management, and excellent communication skills to optimizing our engagements with third-party suppliers and the processes they support.
This role will also design and implement a Procurement function targeted to driving savings, increasing process efficiencies, derisking agreements, and providing regular reporting to senior management.
Essential Job Functions:
* Set Sourcing Solution Strategy: Develop an overall strategy for assigned procurement categories, addressing resource gaps, and finding opportunities for efficiencies, and economies of scale.
The overall strategic priority is to balance the utilization of external partners and internal resources, such that quality, cost savings, process efficiencies, and controls are maximized across product creation workflows.
* Perform Workflow Analysis: Understand the current-state procurement workflows and model alternative forward-looking workflows that lead to overall reduction in time to market, eliminate redundant and inefficient movement of procurement/contract review process, and maximize opportunities for automated decision-making.
* Design New Sourcing Programs: Design sourcing solutions with formal program definitions for services and deliverables, uniform pricing models/rate cards, SLAs, and performance metrics.
* Secure Competitive Agreements: Conduct formal RFIs and RFPs and lead negotiations to secure MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs that ensure market-leading product quality, financial objectives, and time-to-market goals.
* Perform Data Analysis: Obtain/prepare, organize, analyze, summarize, and present qualitative and quantitative data in a clear way to support designing sourcing solutions, securing optimal pricing, conducting supplier negotiations, and supervising program and solution effectiveness.
* Implement Solutions: Work closely with third-party providers and our internal teams to ensure the successful implementation, communication, and ramp-up of new and updated procurement processes.
* Supplier Diversity: Performs the identification, outreach and inclusion of contractors and vendors, with minority and women business enterprises (MWBE) in the procurement of supplies and services.
* Understand Supplier Landscape and Promote Sourcing Best Practices: Keep current on new technologies, industry trends, current and potential suppliers, and their service offerings.

Situé à quelques kilomètres de la plus grande ville d'Ardèche, vous serez localisé sur le site industriel d'Aubenas.
Il se répartit en deux familles de produits moyenne tension : les coupures à vide ainsi que les coupures au gaz SF6.
Un second site, quant à lui spécialisé dans le surmoulage Epoxy et situé à Saint-Etienne de Saint Geoirs, forme avec celui d'Aubenas, l'entité SEA.
Le service que vous intégrerez est en interaction continue avec toutes les fonctions de l'usine et s'articule autour de la productivité matière au travers de différents leviers :
* Sécurisation de fournisseurs produisant des pièces critiques (double source)
* Changement de fournisseurs à risques (redressement judiciaire, faillite, situation géopolitique)
