As our Night Lead Support Worker (known internally as a Support Coordinator), you’ll be supporting customers who have complex needs to develop independent living skills and achieve their hopes and aspirations.  Amazing, we know!    

Calling all night owls! Prefer staying awake and working through the night rather than snoozing away like the rest of us?  We’re looking for a dedicated night worker who won’t fall asleep on the job.

Typical shift as Night Lead Support Worker 


* Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans.   


* Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able. 


* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. 


* Cuppas, chats and catch ups.  There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here!  Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

You bring 


* Are passionate to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.   


* Have experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to work to the plans.  


* Have experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals. 


* Able to work using initiative, remaining calm under pressure and have a resilient approach. 


* Comfortable using technology to create and update support plans, complete online learning and to connect with colleagues.  


* An Enhanced Disclosure Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service.

* If you have a Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent that’s fantastic, but if you don’t, no problem as we’ll pay and support you to achieve this.
