Position Description:

Responsible for ensuring that the primary pillars of commercial excellence planning are in place across the organization (effective targeting, segmentation, optimal field force sizing, use of marketing materials) to enable effective commercial execution at the affiliate level, and implement initiatives that will enhance SFE, CRM and SAM.

Implements high-quality in-field interventions and ensures that the multi-channel customer engagement model and application of CVS is successfully adopted across the sales-marketing operations to improve customer experience.

Develops effective market and sales performance monitoring as well as customer satisfaction benchmarking to generate actionable insights.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

Sales Force Optimization (SFO) /Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

Implement Sales Force Effectiveness in affiliate organization through Elanco Connect Establish, maintain and improve sales force excellence Develop customer segmentation, account targeting, and call frequency, clear target setting and measuring of success Evaluate and facilitate SFO based on customer segmentation and targeting Develop sales analysis to achieve selling excellence Managing and implement technical excellence Organizes training programs, and handle related issues, including competency Levels, develop coaching tools, Key Account Management training & offerings, First Line Manager training Ensure that all commercial team get appropriate constructive feedback and coaching from supervisors and peers Develop brand plan and managing implementation of brand plan Introducing selling excellence initiatives align with Elanco’s SFE metrics

CRM

Drive and support CRM system rollout to relevant countries in line with global and regional strategies.

Make sure the CRM system reflects key SFE initiatives and strikes a balance between global standard processes and local customization needs.

Take an active role in the governance of CRM system standards and relevant parameter definitions.
