Software Engineer

职责:

1.

公司已有应用系统的日常维护,系统升级,系统整合。

2.

新的应用系统,项目管理,需求分析,方案设计,开发实现,上线维护。

3.

遵循项目管理规范和软件开发规范。

4.

应用系统培训,新进人员培训,学习分享专业知识等

5.

主导推动数字化转型新技术,新项目的应用

资质要求:

1.

计算机或信息系统管理专业大学本科以上学历

2.

5年以上软件开发经验,参加过大型复杂项目的开发经验,或有领导过成功项目的经验,包括项目管理、文档编写、需求分析、系统设计、编码实现,测试维护等。

3.

有很好的解决问题的能力,能够主动独立处理技术难题,为团队提供解决方案。

4.

有良好的沟通能力,需要与团队成员、项目经理、其他相关人员有效沟通。

5.

有持续学习的能力,不断学习新技术和工具,保持技术的现代性和竞争力

6.

有领导能力,需要带动和指导其他工程师,或在项目中担任技术领导角色。

7.

英语听、说、读、写良好

专业知识:

1.

熟悉SQL Server 或Oracle数据库系统,熟练使用 PL/SQL语言及开发方法

2.

熟练掌握多种编程语言,JAVA 、 Python等编程语言,熟练应用开发工具Eclipse、IDEA,熟练应用开发框架 MVC,Spring Boot(用于微服务) 等

3.

熟练掌握移动端编程语言,Java,Kotlin,熟练移动端开发工具Android Studio,熟练移动应用框架React Native,了解移动应用设计原理和最佳实践。

4.

熟练使用SVN,GIT等项目管理软件(源代码管理软件)
