L'alternant sera dans une équipe Corporate de 5 personnes pilotant une communauté de 320 Credit Managers répartis dans le monde entier.
Le Credit Management a un double rôle: l'analyse de la situation financière du client afin de déterminer les délais de paiement et les limites de crédit qui lui sont accordés et le recouvrement des créances clients.
L'équipe Corporate Credit Management fait partie de la Direction de la Trésorerie et du Financement du Groupe, basée à Paris, garant de la situation de trésorerie et du financement long terme du groupe.
Vos missions :
L'alternant aura un double rôle de contrôleur de gestion pour la fonction Credit Management et d'analyste financier sur une catégorie de clients.
Dans son rôle de contrôleur de gestion, l'alternant aidera les credit managers dans les pays à rationaliser les indicateurs de performance du Credit Management (Days of Sales DSO, Overdue, Bad debt expenses, Actual Risk, couvertures assurances crédit) et à obtenir les benchmarks extérieurs pour mieux évaluer la performance.
Il utilisera l'outil de Business Intelligence Tableau, pour l'accès aux données internes et la visualisation des indicateurs.
Dans son rôle d'analyste financier, il suivra l'évolution financière d'un portefeuille de clients critiques à dimension internationale.
Il établira un dashboard financier qu'il communiquera à la communauté Credit Management au moins trimestriellement et proposera les actions à mettre en place pour contenir l'exposition au risque de crédit avec ces clients.
Il aura à sa disposition toutes informations publiques, les données spécifiques des assureurs crédit et l'information interne recueillie sur ces clients.
Pour sa mission, il utilisera au quotidien l'outil spécifique au Credit Management, My DSO Manager, déployé dans toutes les entités du groupe.
