Position Summary
Erie Indemnity Company d/b/a Erie Insurance seeks a Senior IT Analyst in Erie, PA, responsible for driving transformational change involving complex new business or technical processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, and/or introduction of new technology.
Specific duties will include the following: (i) analyze high level and complex business, technical process, system and/or technical problems; (ii) conduct research, generate comparisons, draw conclusions, make recommendations and validate solutions to effect transformational change; (iii) ensure actions are aligned to enterprise strategies and provide insight to assist in business or technical direction; (iv) collaborate across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes (i.e., business, quality, experience, and system); (v) develop and maintain relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads in order to ensure consistency, providing technical and discipline-specific guidance as needed; (vi) effectively communicate with customers, team members or other stakeholders, including in steering committees, to ensure successful outcomes, and partner with QA (Quality Assurance) vendors; and (vii) participate in the execution and implementation of technical solutions.

Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent), in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a relatedfield, plus five (5) years of experience as an IT analyst, quality assurance analyst, software engineer, or a related occupation.
The required 5 years (60 months) of experience must include each of the following: (a) 5 years of experience in building and executing automated test scripts; (b) 5 years of experience delivering IT solutions under the Agile methodology; (c) 5 years of experience in quality assurance and/or IT team leadership; and (d) 1 year of experience in PMS (insurance policy management system) and/or mainframe delivery and support.
