As the EMEA People Partner, you are trusted partner for managers and employees across the region, primary focused on employees in the UK, Denmark and Germany.
You translate global People programs into local action for the entire employee lifecycle; following global processes and strategies wherever possible.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who pairs strong business partnership instincts with operational excellence and pride in getting the details right.

* Run termination processes with discretion, compliance, and care, including exit interviews that produce usable insight.
* Own and maintain the EMEA Employee Handbook and ensure it reflects current policy and local requirements.
