The Contract Compliance Specialist will develop audit tools, reports and project plans to help the MTM- LA Access contract achieve and maintain ongoing contractual compliance. The Contract Compliance Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring MTM’s overall contractual compliance, while working with numerous departments and teams in an effort to develop and implement long-term compliance solutions.
The Contract Compliance Specialist will provide quality assurance, review applications to determine eligibility for paratransit, complete physical and cognitive assessments as part of the eligibility process for the Commerce office as well as the Antelope Valley and the Santa Clarita locations.

The primary role of the LTC (Live Teller Connect) Representative is to provide engaging member centric service to our members virtually through the Interactive Teller Machine.
