The EAP Clinical Consultant will act as the operational clinical SME for EAP/Employer Services, supporting processes, workflows, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
This role will interface with matrix partners (e.g., Account Managers, Sales, Product, Claims, Provider Relations) to ensure alignment between operational capabilities and client expectations, thereby enhancing retention and satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal partners regarding EAP clinical operations (member and employer services).

* Participate in cross-functional initiatives such as Enhancing Clinical Value, Disaster Readiness, and EAP/Confide Migrations.

Duties:
* Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
* Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
* Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
* Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
* Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
Qualifications:
* Physical Therapy Assistant license is required.
* Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred, but new grads are welcome!
