Maximus is looking for a highly organized Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects.
The Sr.
Project Manager does this by creating planning steps, managing the budget, and identifying the required resources for the project.
This requires the Sr.
Project Manager to manage technical risks and opportunities, make key software design and implementation decisions with the development teams, and drive schedule.
Basic tasks will include tracking dependencies, managing change requests, and ensuring quality of deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple development projects, development groups and/or application support functions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization- wide systems.
- Define and manage resource requirements and allocations.
- Develop and implement application programs.
- Manage operational leads on addressing issues relative to production and processing.
- Direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
* Direct, manage, and own projects and initiatives, drive results, track and implement all milestones through final client signoff.
* Build strong client relationships and serve as trusted advisor and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, to include executive leadership and teams across Maximus.

* Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
