About the role:
Join Schneider Electric's supplier compliance project and support a key initiative focused on regulatory compliance and supplier documentation.
In this temporary 6-month role, you will work closely with procurement teams to contact suppliers, collect required certificates, track responses, and maintain accurate records.
This position is ideal for students who enjoy structured tasks, communication with external partners, and working with data in a detail-oriented environment.
What you will do:
During your internship, you will support a temporary project within Europe Procurement focused on supplier compliance with Russian sanctions and trade restriction regulations.
This assignment is expected to last up to 6 months and includes:
* Collecting and tracking supplier compliance certificates related to Russian ban regulations
* Following up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of required documentation
* Maintaining and validating compliance records and data quality
* Supporting reporting and progress tracking for the procurement community
* Collaborating with procurement stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps
* Contributing to process improvements and administrative activities related to the project
This internship provides hands-on experience in procurement compliance, supplier management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
What we need from you:
* Ongoing university studies in Hungary with active student status
* Availability to work at least 25 hours/week for the duration of the 6-month project
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
* Good communication skills and confidence in contacting external partners
* Organized and proactive approach to repetitive administrative tasks
* Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of follow-ups
