Linux distribution development: Build and maintain Yocto Projects or other Debian distributions to create customized Linux operation systems tailored to industrial needs, troubleshoot Linux kernel-level issues.
Research and Exploration: design, develop and test real time applications for critical Linux systems using appropriate programming languages (e.g., C, C++).

Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents healthcare needs are met.
Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents healthcare needs change.
