This position will work a 9/80 schedule from 8:0 am to 5:00 pm.

The County of Riverside's University Health System - Behavioral Health department seeks an Administrative Services Analyst I/II to join their Compliance and Contracts team located in Riverside.
Under direction, the incumbent will be responsible for developing, amending, tracking, and monitoring behavioral health contracts, including Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), contract renewals, and competitive procurements.
Duties include drafting and assembling contract documents, coordinating internal and external approvals, collaborating closely with program staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal funding requirements (e.g., Medi-Cal, BH-CONNECT).
Experience supporting or administering contracts within the behavioral health field is strongly preferred.
Additional responsibilities include managing contract documentation within SharePoint, coordinating daily with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring the timely routing of contract items for Board of Supervisors approval.
The position will also backfill critical workloads within the Contracts Administration Unit, playing a key role in maintaining operational continuity and ensuring uninterrupted behavioral health services.

The most competitive candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently within established workflows, manage competing priorities with minimal oversight, and possess a working knowledge of public-sector procurement processes.
The ideal candidate will also have professional experience and/or familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe, and Access; contract lifecycle management; and state and federal funding streams, including Medi-Cal and BH-Connect.
