John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking to add multiple Applications Engineers to our team located in Tulsa, OK.
The Applications Engineer will be expected to have technical ability connected to the selection and implementation of Process Burners, or Flares, or Vapor, or Biogas product lines.
This role focuses on direct ownership of high value customer engagement, requiring strong economic thinking skills around marginal analysis and risk evaluation, to develop value proposition and influence key decision makers.

* Engage in discussions with a global customer base to better understand their equipment needs.
* Coordinate with multiple John Zink and Koch Engineered Solutions business offices to find creative solutions that best meet the customer's needs.
* Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to develop the technical and commercial proposal that communicates the value of our proposed solution.

About the Role:
As the Production Technician at Alcoa Technical Center (ATC) in New Kensington, PA, you will be directly contributing to a new era for the Aluminum Industry by working primarily on the ELYSIS project.
The ELYSIS process eliminates the use of carbon anodes, replacing those with proprietary materials.
It is the first industrial process that emits oxygen as its by-product and has the potential to transform an entire industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing special components, while keeping safety, quality, and productivity standards.
* Responsible for supporting operational tasks to meet project requirements including, forming, furnace and kiln loading/unloading while maintaining process equipment.
* Responsible for quality control of production parts; consisting of density measurements, dimensional measurements, and others.
* Operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, and other mobile equipment as needed.
* A diverse set of skills including strong mechanical aptitude to work collaboratively with a team for equipment disassembly, repair and trouble shooting.
