Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a(n) Franchise Operations Co-Op, within the Channel Operations Team, located in Raritan, NJ

Johnson & Johnson MedTech provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, distributors, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions.

The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

The Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson’s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation.

In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we capture and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities.

Developing the overall logistics relationship with targeted customers and applying lean tools/concepts to optimize the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain/operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners to include Commercial Channel Management, Finance, Distribution, Transportation, Chargebacks, CSS, Contracting, GS CRM, and Deliver Revenue as well as external partners to support key programs, projects, and initiatives.


* Apply lean tools/concepts to optimize the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain/operational efficiency initiatives, to obtain a Yellow Belt certification.
