Il/la Supervisor Packaging riporta alla Responsabile di Produzione e si occupa di supervisionare e coordinare le attività di packaging e il personale di competenza, garantendo, attraverso l’applicazione delle GMP, la qualità, l’efficacia e la sicurezza dei processi farmaceutici a suo carico.
COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’:
* Svolge il proprio lavoro nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle disposizioni di legge in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle Norme di Buona Fabbricazione.
* Coordina e supervisiona i propri collaboratori assicurando:
+ Il corretto utilizzo delle risorse tecniche (macchine, impianti, attrezzi di lavoro, ecc.) al fine di garantire i livelli produttivi e qualitativi richiesti;
+ L’addestramento e il monitoraggio delle competenze, in modo che siano costantemente adeguate;
+ La continuità produttiva in collaborazione con il personale dell'ufficio di produzione e pianificazione.
* Assicura il rispetto dei piani produttivi e utilizza il sistema ERP aziendale.
* È responsabile della stesura di nuovi master Batch Record e della revisione per aggiornamento di quelli già esistenti.
* È responsabile della stesura e dell’aggiornamento delle procedure di produzione e di ogni altro tipo di documentazione o strumento del sistema di qualità aziendale.
