The Concrete Finisher is responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks to specified textures, using hand tools or power tools, including floats, trowels and screeds.
Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms.
Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms, using rake or shovel.
Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, using hand-held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping.
Smooth and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using straightedge and float or power screed.
Finishes concrete surfaces using power trowel, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish.
Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, using grinder or power chisel and hammer, and parches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound.

What You Will Do
* Work with operations and maintenance to identify and execute opportunities for improvement to the equipment to minimize downtime
* Analyze downtime data to understand the items which create the largest losses and take action to reduce future downtime
* Coordinate and work with equipment manufacturers and outside vendors to provide support to operations and maintenance to improve repair effectiveness
* Manage the spare parts program and determine which parts need to be maintained to operate the facility
* Lead problem solving initiatives and train others in the facility to use a standard root cause analysis guide
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Experience leading projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Experience with control systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics and machine design
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience with PLC's, HMI's, and process controls
* Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system
* Experience with injection molding or electroplating

What You Will Do
* Provide process safety influential leadership for the site, working with the mill's Safety team, with specific focus on ensuring that mill process safety systems reduce risk and assure compliance
* Foster process safety ownership within the organization through leadership, coordination, and coaching in keeping with risk-based process safety and Principal Based Management
* Provide routine communication to mill management regarding process safety issues impacting the mill and support for safe mitigation
* Lead risk assessments at the facility for anticipating, identifying, and evaluating hazards as well as more formal PHAs
* Partner with corporate process safety and compliance IT groups to develop and improve training, tools, and policies that support the mill

What You Will Do
* Set up, and operate SLA & DLP machines
* Program: Convert models using NX to generate STL files.
Write programs using Magic's and Light Year CAM software.
* Post process piece parts.
Clean SLA parts, remove supports, post cure, package and ship parts.
* Measure, examine, and inspect completed piece parts.
Detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers.
* Support the Engineering community helping to develop prototype samples and product concepts.
