This is a key role within the FP&A COE, supporting EM SEA finance teams .
The incumbent will be responsible for providing reliable and insightful reporting, leading the forecasting process, and developing analysis about the performance and outlook of the business and the broader market environment.
This role will demonstrate creativity and ability to challenge the status quo to improve processes to be more effective but also more efficient to deliver outcomes that will drive business results.
Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
* Financial Planning and Analysis:
Assist in the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and budgets.
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
Provide presentation materials with high level commentary analysis.
* Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
* Business Partnering:
Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
Support various departments in managing and reporting.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive financial performance.
* Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

A pessoa contratada será responsável por planejar e executar serviços de manutenção e instalação eletroeletrônica, incluindo atividades preventivas, preditivas e corretivas.
Também realizará a instalação de sistemas e componentes eletroeletrônicos, além de medições e testes.
Entre outras atribuições, inclui a elaboração de documentação técnica e a atuação em conformidade com normas e procedimentos de qualidade, segurança, saúde, higiene e meio ambiente.
As principais responsabilidades da função incluem:
* Executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em sistemas de potência, como transformadores, motores, disjuntores, capacitores, baterias e retificadores;
* Analisar máquinas, pontes rolantes e circuitos elétricos usando desenhos, especificações e instrumentos para identificar e corrigir falhas;
* Realizar manutenção em sistemas de potência, variadores de frequência, PLCs, compressores, painéis e circuitos industriais de processos;
* Efetuar limpeza e preservação de motores, transformadores e demais componentes, utilizando técnicas e materiais adequados;
* Executar montagens elétricas (eletrodutos, cabos, muflas), manutenção de cabos de força e sistemas de alimentação, além de operar ferramentas técnicas;
* Utilizar sistemas de gerenciamento de manutenção, realizar leitura de desenhos elétricos e executar inspeções básicas em automação, comandos elétricos e sistemas supervisórios.

* Formação: Técnico em Elétrica/Eletrotécnica; CFT – Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais – Ativo;

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Powerhouse Supervisor to join our team, reporting directly to the Powerhouse Superintendent.
As the frontline leader, you'll be accountable for managing Powerhouse operations and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and Alcoa standards.
This is a shift base relief role on a 12 hour shift pattern including days and nights and coverage where required.

* A Worksafe High Risk Licence for Advanced Boilers (BA) and Turbine Operation (TO)
