* Apoiar processos seletivos da área de produção e outras áreas, identificando os profissionais mais adequados de acordo com o perfil requisitado.
* Garantir a realização do cronograma e budget anual das atividades de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D)
* Controlar eficácia e aprendizagem dos treinamentos aplicados;
* Apoiar o atendimento de Auditorias (Internas e Externas) e manter histórico das atividades de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento por meio de atualizações dos registros e evidências de treinamento;
* Administrar o quadro de funcionários Temporários através de controle de planilhas e contato com consultoria de RH responsável pelo pagamento e administração dos mesmos;

* Participar do processo de seleção interna para promoções ou transferência, através de entrevistas e aplicação de testes específicos.
* Efetuar entrevistas de desligamento para levantamento de causas de rotatividade e outros fatores que possam influir no comportamento dos funcionários, identificando pontos para ação das áreas;
* Conduzir a integração de novos colaboradores e facilitar sua adaptação e entrosamento com as respectivas equipes;
* Administrar o benefício de Bolsa de Estudos e cursos in company, autorizando os pagamentos de reembolsos de acordo com a política estabelecida pela empresa;
