What is the job?
The Reservations Agent will work under the general direction of the Reservation Manager and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all group activities relevant to the Reservations Department such as assisting with inquiries and bookings, liaising with key departments, establishing strong relationships with our clients, and displaying exceptional phone and customer service skills.
This is an off-island position based at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove.
Your day to day
* Address all guest complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly, escalating to Reservations Supervisor or Manager as necessary.
* Greet guests warmly, using their names when possible, with special attention to IHG Loyalty Program members and VIPs.
* Collaborate with Front Office staff to ensure accurate and detailed guest profiles and pre-arrival information.
* Monitor and merge guest profiles to maintain accurate statistics, improve guest recognition scores, and ensure reservation accuracy.
* Ensure refunds, no-shows, and deposits are managed per established policies.
* Pre-charge advance reservations to secure payments before arrivals.
* Process and verify all commission payment inquiries with the accounts team.
* Distribute all pre-stay communication, including personalized upsell opportunities for accommodation, dining, and activities.
* Review upcoming arrivals to target upsell opportunities and prepare bespoke guest experiences.

Coke Florida is searching for an Automation Systems Facilitator to work out of our Tampa Distribution Center starting at 10:00am - until finish working Sun, Mon, Thurs and Friday.
As a Coke Florida Automation Systems Facilitator you will be responsible for operating the computer systems associated with the automated warehouse including but not limited to horizontal conveyers, infeed/outfeed units, robotic palletizing/de-palletizing cells and custom software.

Reporting to a Supervisory or Managerial Staff Member within the facility, the Shipper/Receiver is responsible for receiving product for processing, the movement of product through the facility during processing and the loading of product onto trailers to be returned to the customer.
Responsibilities/Duties
* Receives incoming un-processed product, verifies customer count and lot numbers, notes any damage and enters information into the computer system.
* Operates forklift to remove palletized product from truck, and if floor loaded must remove each carton individually and place on pallets and moves to un-processed storage.
* Moves product via forklift to and from various areas of the facility for processing.
* Removes samples from customer product and coordinates shipment of samples.
* May shrink-wrap palletized finished product to be returned to the customer.
* May contact trucking company and schedule pick-up of finished product.
* Using forklift, loads palletized product onto trailer.
* Assists with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications/Experience Required/Special Skills
