The Riverside County Information Technology Department (RCIT) has an opportunity for IT B usiness Systems Analyst III located in Riverside.
This position requires being on-call and is hybrid.
The IT Business Systems Analyst III will be engaged in the development of custom software applications and the implementation of third party applications for our customers.
These positions must use an established method for tracking and reporting the status of their projects and will be expected to be able to handle all application development lifecycle activities and tasks .
This will include analysis, requirements gathering, project management, testing, implementation, and support.
Additional responsibilities will include application migration and re-engineering service to help upgrade older applications to current technologies and application Integration with state systems, 3rd party applications and data warehouses.
The incumbents will have constant and regular interaction, coordination, meetings, and collaboration with internal support teams (e.g.
Data Base Administrators, Systems Administrators, Technical Services Support staff, Applications Support staff, Help Desk Staff, Business Relationship Managers, stakeholders, and other supported departments within the County of Riverside).
Candidates must have project management experience and full software development lifecycle experience.
Great communication, leadership, team management, negotiation, personal organization, and risk management skills are a must! The department is also looking for candidates with experience and knowledge in MS SQL Server, MS SQL Server Reporting Service, Crystal, MS Visio, MS Project.
Some desired skills are:
