Ils regroupent près de 600 collaborateurs, dont environ 300 Field Services Representatives (FSR) : nos techniciens d'intervention sur le terrain, au cœur de la relation client et de la fiabilité de nos installations.
Vous rejoindrez plus particulièrement l'équipe Support Exécution Services, qui accompagne les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir une exécution fluide, fiable et de qualité.
L'équipe que vous rejoindrez
L'équipe Support Exécution Services compte 12 personnes, organisées en trois pôles :
• Gestionnaires PDR (4)
Gestion des pièces de rechange (fusibles, disjoncteurs, équipements basse et haute tension...).
• Gestionnaires Approvisionnement (3)
Transformation des demandes d'achat en commandes fermes pour des fournitures ou prestations spécifiques (sur-mesure, modernisation, sous-traitance...).
• Pilotes Logistique / Services (5)
Interface entre back-office, front-office et usines : suivi des commandes, coordination avec les FSR, gestion des ruptures et indicateurs de performance.
Vous intégrez le pôle PDR, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les deux autres équipes.
Vos missions1.
Soutien aux Gestionnaires PDR
* Participer au traitement des commandes de pièces de rechange destinées aux clients.
* Renforcer l'équipe lors des pics d'activité ou pendant les périodes de congés.
* Suivre et contrôler les affaires PDR confiées aux équipes régionales.

Contribution à l'amélioration des processus
* Contribuer à la formalisation des nouveaux processus (CPQ, Cruise - déploiements prévus en 2026).
* Produire ou mettre à jour les supports de formation destinés aux équipes.
* Participer à l'amélioration et la structuration des pratiques internes (flux, outils, qualité).

Gestion qualité & résolution de litiges
* Prendre en charge certains cas qualité : Case Client, comptes rendus, litiges.
* Participer au contrôle d'affaires : cohérence des données, suivi des coûts, actions correctives.
* Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des échanges entre équipes.

Participation au développement de nouveaux marchés
* Monter en compétence sur des activités en croissance :
+ Marine marchande (Dry Docks, envois internationaux, échanges en anglais),

The estimator is responsible for supporting the project team by participating in multiple aspects of the bid/estimating process, including but not limited to review of plans and specifications, soliciting and negotiating pricing with subcontractors and or suppliers, quantity take-off and pricing.
