Service Data Steward
We're looking for an Analyst to join our Customer Satisfaction and Quality Analytics team, where you'll turn customer feedback and quality data into strategies that enhance loyalty and operational performance.

What will you do?
* Gather and integrate data from customer touchpoints and quality systems to surface trends and opportunities
* Use statistical analysis and AI techniques to cluster data, predict behaviors, and identify quality patterns
* Create dashboards and reports that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across the business
* Help establish feedback loops that drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and product reliability
