You’ll ensure all goods meet standards and are correctly documented in Procurewizard, supporting smooth kitchen and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect all deliveries for quality, freshness, and accuracy.
• Match deliveries against authorised Purchase Orders
• Record discrepancies and supplier feedback in Procurewizard.
• Placing orders for dry goods and beverages
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with relevant department heads.
• Keep receiving and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
