This position can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remotely within the continental U.S.
and will require approximately 20% travel.

What You Will Do
* Function as the SCADA team representative in engineering and technical design updates and discussions
* Coordinate technical reviews with SCADA suppliers, customers, and the Project Integration team ensuring that the design meets the EPC contract
* Verify software and equipment installation, support the Project Integration team, and support the site acceptance testing
* Witness the SCADA Factory Acceptance Testing and follow through identified punch list items
* Identify technical risks and communicate to the SCADA PM any impacts to the project schedule and cost
* Review EPC requirements and specifications for the SCADA, Communications, and Operations portions of the EPC contract
* Communicate to and coordinate with the SCADA PM in defining SCADA budgets and schedules that reflect compliance with EPC specifications
* Develop subject matter expertise on the SCADA architecture for the substation, PV, BESS and associate connected sensors and devices (i.e.
MET, PCS, RTAC)
* Co-author the sites control narrative with the SCADA supplier
* Collaborate with commissioning to troubleshoot SCADA equipment that is not performing as required
* Provide programming and troubleshooting for the substation SCADA devices (Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories relays and various voltage and current metering devices)
* Travel to the job site as required to provide support

Position Overview:
In this role, you will manage a multi-discipline engineering team responsible for researching and developing technologies to improve product performance, addressing production issues, supporting sales opportunities, and collaborating with clients on critical field issues.
This position offers broad visibility and significant potential for advancement within the Bray organization.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
* Oversee the sustaining efforts and projects for Bray’s family of Electrica Actuators, a product line that is critical to the success of Bray.
* Manage a multi-discipline team to develop product enhancements and new features. Some team members may be in other parts of the world.
* Collaborate with production, sales, and product management to identify projects for the sustaining team.
* Lead reviews and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) to ensure product reliability.
* Direct the investigation of field issues.
* Guide your team in performing the following functions:
* 3D modeling of actuator and control system components, tools, and accessories.
* Develop new electrical and circuit designs, including designing, testing, and validating new PCB assemblies.
* Design and assemble prototypes based on design concepts.
* Conduct feasibility and characterization testing on prototypes and final products.
* Generate accurate drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, and engineering release notices.
* Interface with manufacturing and other engineering sites to complete design work.
* Provide application information to sales and customers and address technical inquiries.
* Review and interpret customer and industry specifications to integrate them into valve design packages.
* Support manufacturing in the disposition of non-conforming materials and assemblies.
* Collaborate with the Service team for product performance evaluations.
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
* Education: B.S.
in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong technical writing capabilities.
* Basic knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
* Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks preferred) and PCB design (Altium preferred).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong self-organization, planning, and reporting skills.

We're searching for all-around amazing Optometric Technicians to work hand in hand with our Optometrists to give each eye exam patient a stellar experience in our stores.
You'll help manage a high volume of patients, complete pre-testing, support with new contact lens insertion and removal training, deliver video assisted eye exams (where applicable), collect critical data, and generally keep our eye exam operations running extra smoothly.

• Act as the primary liaison between doctor and patient, establishing a great rapport with all eye exam patients
• Perform preliminary clinical data collection (including but not limited to: autorefraction, visual acuity, eye pressure, pupil testing, ocular motility testing, retinal imaging, and lensometry)
• Support with in person and video assisted eye exam appointments as available
• Support new contact lens wearers through delivering insertion and removal training.
Additionally, train additional team members (as directed by the Store Leader) on how to deliver insertion and removal training
• Support the patient and store team through each step of the booking process with appointment confirmation, annual exam outreach, and contact lens follow up to ensure the patient has a seamless appointment experience
• Efficiently manage the flow of our patients through the eye exam process
• Provide support to the doctor in maintaining meticulous and accurate records of data collected
• Help with the preparation of reports to other medical professionals as needed
• Ensure adherence to governmental regulations and privacy policies (e.g.
HIPAA/PIPEDA), and company procedures
• Prepare and maintain an organized exam room by replenishing supplies, keeping contact lens trials up-to-date, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness for our equipment, and performing ongoing maintenance and calibration as needed
• Support the retail sales team as directed by the Store Leader
