Ces incidents peuvent aller du non-fonctionnement d'un petit mécanisme jusqu'au court-circuit qui dégénère en incendie dans tout le bâtiment !
A la manière d'une enquête policière, les experts ont alors la lourde tâche de collecter les indices afin de comprendre ce qu'il s'est passé pour l'expliquer à nos clients et éviter que cela ne se reproduise.

La mission de l'alternant est de faciliter / accélérer le travail des experts en initiant le processus d'expertise grâce à la fonction de " TEX Administrator ".
A l'image d'un.e infirmièr.e qui prépare l'opération pour le chirurgien et qui assure le suivi post-opératoire, le TEX Administrator optimise le temps de travail de l'expert.
