As our Housekeeping Team Leader you will oversee the daily operations ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards and the team adhere to health & safety regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.
You will be expected to provide effective mentoring and training to the staff guided by the Housekeeping Manager to achieve and maintain quality brand standards through the execution of departmental trainings including the IHG Way of Clean program.
You will be required to conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet hotel standards.
Address and resolve guests’ queries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the front office, maintenance, and other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery.
Building relationships and responding to workplace changes with flexibility and optimism whilst remaining focused with a high attention to detail even when deadlines, priorities and practices change and above all show we care and want to make a positive difference for our guests.

Wesentliche Aufgaben

Fachliche Anforderung
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Energieelektroniker/ Industriemechaniker oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our staff in Knoxville, TN.
This position will be expected to plan, design, and possibly manage multidiscipline projects consisting of water/wastewater treatment and collection/distribution systems for municipal type clients.
The individual should be capable of performing the technical design and/or hydraulic modeling requirements on water/wastewater projects and additional consideration will be given to those that have experience managing a team of engineers, EIT’s, CADD technicians, and sub consultants, to successfully execute these types of projects.
Primary Duties
* Develop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks and other water / wastewater storage and conveyance systems.
More specific responsibilities include performing or managing engineering/process design, hydraulics, pumping systems, and treatment process projects
* Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate with the multiple departments and sub-consultants required for multi-discipline projects
